Our core production process consists of mechanical machining of steel and aluminium parts, and welding of steel and aluminium.

When it comes to system scaffolding parts, we achieve a manufacturing penetration of more than 90% "made in Germany".

Production capacities:

• 20 welding robots for fully mechanised MIG and MAG welding of parts up to 8 m long.
• Eccentric presses
• Hydraulic presses
• Automatic punching machines

Other manufacturing capacities:

• Own toolmaking department
• Fully automatic production of wooden decks

Qualifications:

• Major welding qualification certificate as per DIN 18800-7
• Welding qualification certificate for load-bearing aluminium parts as per DIN 4113
• Welding certificate for railway vehicles and parts as per DIN 6700-2 class C2
